Hello, I am a newbie when it comes to SEO'ing a website so I would be glad if you'll could assist me with the steps that I am following to rank my website.
Before I start, I would like to let you'll know that I am willing to rank a website for a french keyword.

    My plan:

    1. Writing 1 unique article of 350 word related to my niche and posting it on my main site.
    2. Writing 2 unique articles and spinning them to get at least 10 new articles and create web 2.0's with the articles.
    3. Sending 5-10k backlinks (Will be buying from Crockservice: Fiverr) to the web 2.0's.
    4. Sending about 100 high PR (PR3-PR7) backlinks to my main site.

I know that I am lacking a lot of steps in my plan, so I would ask for your assistance.

I suggest that you put A LOT OF content in your main site, as it is important also. Don't just put one article. Make sure that article is not a copied article, and make sure it has your keyword in it, along with good keyword density. Put more love to your tier 1, it's great if they have their own article also, along with pictures and videos.

Don't forget to add social signals, its important now.

Take care with those backlinks, make sure they are quality backlinks.

Just a reminder, during your campaign, use extensive keyword diversity.

If you are trying to rank a site on google.fr and if your site is new then do consider checking your On-page seo, Domain tld and hosting IP. It will surely help you to see faster results. Now, 350 words content isn't enough. You should rather focus on adding more content on your main site rather than just focusing on linkbuilding and ranking the site. If you have good content then google would surely give value to your blog. As said by Greyknight, you must consider social signals too as they are good nowadays when it comes to seo. Last but not the least do vary your anchor text along with irrelevant keywords too just to make things look natural.

1 article with 350 words is not enough.
You should build more content with more article (750 words above) about your niche.
Then, build backlink. As GreyKnight said, spent your time with social signals, it's important for ranking.

Alright thanks for the suggestions guys.

About content on the main site, how about 5 unique articles with 600-700 words each (With well maintained keyword density).

And yes, I am trying to rank it in google.fr. My domain is .FR.

By the way, about the social signals, as I previously stated that I am a newbie in this, could someone please elaborate or maybe link to some services ?

Thank You I appreciate your help.

Key points to remember for beginner SEO's:
    • Remember to avoid looking like spam.
    • Research, Research, Research! Other websites are ranking, which means they're doing something right afterall.
    • Don't just create a single page site. Research other websites ranking for said keyword, and mimic. Don't copy their content, instead, create similar pages they did (Home, Partners, Blog, Contact Us... etc.)
    • Do not, I repeat. DO NOT copy any content from anywhere. Ensure the articles you're planning on writing are 100% unique, and readable. Remember. Google Bot can determine reading level, which means it understands if contextually, the article is shit.

Differences Between Short-Term Vs. Long-Term Ranking

    • Short Term Ranking - This is totally fine for more of the gray-hat/borderline black-hat techniques which typically involves heavier backlinking, spammy articles, non-contextual content... etc. These methods have a much smaller lifespan, as GoogleBot is pretty quick to pick up on them.
    • Long-Term Ranking - This is great for small businesses, companies, business ventures, etc. This involves a much more involved marketing approach which typically involves slower link building, contextual backlinking, contextual article writing, etc. This will help you rank higher and for longer.
Remember, Google likes fresh, unique, and popular content on webpages. Google loves new content, as it shows the website is active. Writing a single article might of actually worked back in the early 2000's when GoogleBot wasn't as sophisticated as it is now. Go research the keyword, find like-terms, similar/same industry-related topics, and write a few articles/blog posts to start. Don't stress out about the 350 word mark... have them all vary in length. I've seen too many sites that stress on that max word count, and it just looks cheesy and over-prepared. Again don't forget to make sure you're writing articles/blog posts that are 100% unique. This means non-spun, non-recycled, non-used. Write that shit like you were writing for some huge magazine.

I like to typically post 1-2 articles/blog posts within the first two weeks of the birth of the website. This followed by more articles/blog posts the following few weeks.
    Code:
    [FONT=trebuchet ms][SIZE=2]Example Timeline:
    [/SIZE][/FONT][FONT=trebuchet ms][SIZE=2][B]Site Birth[/B]: 01/10/2014
    [B]Article/Blog #1[/B]: 01/11/2014
    [B]Article/Blog #2[/B]: 01/14/2014
    [B]Article/Blog #3[/B]: 01/21/2014
    [B]Article/Blog #4[/B]: 01/28/2014 ...and so on.[/SIZE][/FONT]

This is totally fine to start with. I wouldn't aim on just that, and then never revisiting this step. I'd revisit this step 3-4 times within the first 3 months of the sites birth.

    • Remember, this is primarily to be used for baseline backlink building and the spun articles are not to be posted on your website anywhere.
    • Research and gather contextual articles that you can spin thoroughly, and start spinning! Save them in word docs, and set them aside.
    • Go through each article and place hyperlinks within the article that point back to various pages on your website (home page, contact page, etc.)
    • Try not to place the same amount of links in every article. Some articles may have 2 links, some have 4.
    • Go gather a list of free article submission websites on Google and start publishing the spun articles.
    • Once the articles have been posted, start gathering the links to said articles, and place them aside. You will target your web 2.0's, and social backlinks with these.
This is fine for a tier-2, or tier-3. Whatever you do, don't be tempted to buy other Fiverr gigs and build thousands of backlinks directly to your money site. Older, more established sites can typically get away with this, but being a newer site, red flags would emerge, and GoogleBot will rain on your parade!
Don't do this immediately. I promise you'll end up regretting it...

It is better to buy domain with some history, now new site don't want to go in serp so fast as in the past.

That feeling when you spend a ton of time writing out a really thought out reply... and it gets overlooked.

Thanks for taking the time to assist me, I really appreciate it.

Yeah, I've changed my mind about the articles, and I am going to post 5 600 words unique articles in my MAIN site. About the keyword density, how many times should I mention my main keyword in a 600 word article?

And as for the record, my website that I will be posting the articles on already receives 250+ unique visitors daily from YouTube.
