Need an expert

I have been working on a project, needed a black hat seo expert . I m in seo .. done white hat seo to many websites. But I got a client who needs his/her website ranked on Bing, not Google . And asked time for first page ranking is 3-7 days. I m aware of basics like cloaking, hidden texts , keywords stuffing or other basic techniques. I need more of an adviser and resource provider. If anyone with legitimate knowledge and experience can help out , please reach .. as it is an urgent requirement

Most important is what kind of budget you are putting infront of the matter to be done.
Yes 10 days will be sufficient to be done the work correctly but you need large i mean large budgets.
