Need an expert with WordPress theme creation, or the Genesis Framework.

I have a client I am "designing" a site for. I need someone quick and effective who can make a good, professional design within 48 hours for around 300. I will be hiring the one with the most experience and reputation on the forums. I would like to see a portfolio too. Thanks!
