Need an Expert web designer for various projects.

We require a designer that works well with given instructions and is willing to find the solutions to problems as they arise.

- Must be fast turnarounds with projects
- Show me portfolio
- Pricing must be reasonable as continuous work will come
- Must speak english well
- Must have at least min. 2-3 years experience
- Must be able to basically do any kind of web design
-Experience in web development
-Ability to speak, read and write well in English
-Working knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS 2.0
-PHP, JavaScript/JQuery, MySQL, Joomla, WordPress 2.0/3.0
-Excellent Graphics/Photoshop skills
-Ability to convert PSD design into HTML/CSS
-Experience with video editing a plus (iMovie, Camtasia, ScreenFlow, or Sony Vegas)
-Ability to use Skype
-PayPal account
