need an experienced coder who has experience with cryptocurrencies

I am looking to hire someone who can code the "workings" of a website. the website itself will have user accounts and will give each user a unique wallet id for their chosen crypto currency. this is not for an exchange site but something a lot more exiting.

I can either pay for the coding to be done but I would prefer a JV so the site can be maintained and updated.
