Buying and managing purchased eBay accounts is beyond a headache. Take it from someone who has does it both ways: Just build one up yourself

Buying and selling is not worth it. Just create your own one trust me

some people don't have the time to create the accounts, as they spend their time more efficiently doing other things.

Are you looking for established store fronts or just accounts with sales/feedback?
