Need an English speaking assistant to help facilitate workflow

One of my current positions is the director of internet marketing for a software company. We are growing and I need assistance to help me facilitate the completion of tasks. Either you could complete tasks or communicate with those I fund you to complete the tasks. We need banners, backlinks, on page seo, competitive intelligence, social media management, website chat support, etc etc.
