Need an email server that actually inboxes

Hi there,

I'm looking for an SMTP service that actually works. I have tried so many, everyone claiming their service will get in the inbox. However after paying even a "Hello World" email goes to spam. I am looking for a *reliable* solution. If it works you will have a customer for life. This is for sending cold b2b emails.
