Need an ecommerce script for a customer

One of my customers wants an ecommerce shop, usually no bother but he wants that when someone orders over the shop he gets a text to his mobile. Preferably with the contents of the order as well as the address where its supposed to be shipped to.

Has anyone heard of such a script? I haven't come across one yet.

You can inetegrate api's offered by companies .google to search for clickatell .Use magento to integrate.But your customer has to pay for the api on a monthly basis.
