Need an app developer to create a simple Tumblr app

I need an app developer who knows how to create a simple read and write tumblr application much like those used previously on facebook such as neoapp. This app should be able to post a simple post on a users dashboard when the user allows the app. After allowing the app, the user should be redirected to a website specified.
