Hello guys,
Today my father found out 2 online courses online that he liked, but he does not understand english enough to get everything included in them and this situation gave me an idea.
I live in Bulgaria, a lot of people here do not know english, but IM is becoming bigger thing day after day, do you think that I can run into any legal troubles If i make a page with video courses (of other people such as Tai Lopez, etc.) with bulgarian subtitles. I did some research by myself and as long as i understood PayPal cannot be a thing in this scenario, but anyway it is not widely used here.
I saw quite some sites that sell these courses for cheaper and they operate just fine, so maybe this should be possible on theory in my case too right?
