    Hi to all!
I would like an advice about a privacy policy and a disclaimer that i have done with a generator suggested by a member of BHW.
I'm building my first website (products reviews and amazon affiliate program) and i would like to be sure that is all legally safe and that is enough for amazon to accept me as affiliate and don't ban me xD
So, if someone with more experience than me want to help, i will link the generator in this post, you have just to click on "generate policy" and "generate disclaimer" and tell me if they are good enough for what i want to do.
I want to clarify that the generator is not mine, and you don't have to put any information to generate the policies! just use the default information that are already present.

i can't post links, the site of the generator is: "privacypolicyonline" first result in google

amazon will ban you because of your action not your privacy page.

A general privacy policy is fine. I actually used the same one on my site. It's not an affiliate site, but Amazon/Google/Insert company name here really just checks to see if you have one. As long as there's one up on your site, you shouldn't have a problem getting approved.

I also use that privacy policy generator for my Amazon affiliate sites. So far no problems ..

I think what you have concentrate more is on the content and the outlook of the site. Add few high quality articles and use a clean web site template :)

Yes me too agree with this. You want to make at least 5 piller content of 1000+ words in the first page with 5 compared product list that link to your review and main thing is that you should not change and manually put the price for that specified product yourself.

Are product reviews or articles really necessary for an amazon affiliate site?

It should really be fine and dont spend too much time bothering about disclaimers and privacy.
