This is a paid service where a newsletter owner will send information about your Kindle book to their massive mailing list.

The key here is to make it clear that you're basically looking for reviews.

And if your book is any good, chances are, you will get a decent amount of reviews.

BookBub is primarily a service to generate exposure and reviews and not necessarily sales.

So keep that in mind.
