Need Amazon affiliate account with Product Advertising API access

Recently got an email saying this...

"We are writing to you to inform you of a recent change in our policies regarding our Product Advertising API services. Starting on June 22, 2018 the Product Advertising API is only available to associates that have been reviewed and received final acceptance into the Associates Program."

I use the API right now for dropshipping, but none of my websites get final acceptance for a higher rate limit. Now it looks like they are going to drop everyone who isn't fully approved from accessing it at all.

Does anyone know how to get approved? I would be willing to buy a website/account that is already approved, if anyone wants to point me in the right direction. Or potentially work out a deal where I can use someone else's account for the API.

I had to get access to Amazon Product Advertising API recently as well.
My account also got rejected for the API request, then I found a website that sells API access:

I too was looking for this information as have an idea in mind that I have already started to implement.
