Need Affordable Designer Working Individually | Creative & Experienced

If you think you can create great designs at affordable prices, contact me now. I need to get my business website (offering services like SEO, content creation, guest posting etc) designed asap. It will have sections like testimonials, case studies and services page. So, it's not so easy that everyone can do it.

I am not looking for someone who will show me some Wordpress theme and can't come up with a unique design according to my requirements. I need a creative person. Additional knowledge of Wordpress will be good, as it is my favorite CMS to work upon.
