I am looking to buy just 1 adwords voucher. I need 1 per week and looking for a long term seller. Rates must be reasonable and payment only through paypal.

Did you ever tried fiverr.com... there you can buy 5x$100 for $5.. best deal and they accept paypal

Just look at the posts about adwords suspension politics on google
they are more strict about new accounts when they are registered with vouchers and in most cases they suspend these accounts.

I used to make adwords 1 week/per account,but now i can't get account use VCC... can your PM what method your use.
