Need adwords payment solution (1-3k USD/day adspend)

I am currently spending $1-3k USD on adwords, but both my adwords accounts got banned and I am unable to get new cards from my bank for some reason. Is there any way by which I can pay some person/service via PayPal/Wire/Bitcoin (with some extra % of course) and then use that card to run my ads?

No you can not use other cards in your account because detail will be mismatch and you will be ban again and dont use any one for this type of service otherwise you can get scam you are new so just telling you . Please check my pm for solutions
