I'm ready to give up running my own Adwords campaigns, I've been wasting too much money on low conversions, it's time to get a Pro!!

I'm looking for recommendations from anyone that has used a Management Company, I have been considering Jumpfly or OrangeSoda, but their startup is very high.

I would also consider hiring an individual if they have proven experience.
