Need Adwords Help ASAP

Hello,

I was running my Adwords account from last 8 months and from a recent adwords sweep-out of almost 90% accounts related to PC repairs services in India, my account got suspended. And the reason they gave is "Repeated Ad Policy Violation". Then i came to know from a lot of people in the same industry that Adwords had suspended accounts for a lot of reason, some of them like, Phone number in Ad text, Ad text manipulation, Trademarks in Ad text and some due to Site policy violation, because we only deal with Trademarks.
Now after all this happened, i decided to create a new account with all new information. I got a new domain, wrote some unique content, Got a new PC and new Internet connection and even i used Credit card of a friend and whole new set up. But again my new account got suspended even before it started to show my ads.
I am not sure what to do in order to get my ads back up. I am so much worried about it. Believe me, i am taking care of every policy. Like ad text, site policies and everything. Even i got everything new.
Is there someone, i think outside India, who can help me to set up a new adwords account for me? I can pay for sure for the help and for the services. I would really appreciate any help.

Use VCC, VPS, use fake name, addresss, phone in US. Buy domain with private whois or use the fake info u created in adwords. Use $1 hosting to host your site. Copy the same what the other websites who using adwords, look at how they present themselves....It works for me.

This VCC, VPS and copying what other people simply don't work in our vertical. In my kind of industry, we have to adhere to all policies strictly. I am only looking for a long term fix once and for all. And i guess, Indian adwords accounts are watched over more than anything and specially, if they are for PC tech Support!
