I wonder what you are going to pay when your Budget is like a drop of water. Take it from me, a Google Adwords Certified and with experience wouldn't work on your budget of $10 a day at all.
It's better you start reading Adwords rules and start testing it yourself. With your budget no one and i repeat myself, no one, can bring in sales for you at all.

Your budget is really low for Adwords but for the trial, it is enough. I suggest you to utilize $300 for 10-15 Days. I can help you to increase sales and conversion. I have 8 years of experience in Adwords and dual certified (Google Adwords). Today my posting is not more than 15 so I can't PM you.
