Need Advise on Vpn, thanks

Hi, Im looking for a Vpn provider. There is so much information about proxies and vpn on the web but it seems difficult to evaluate the quality of each.
Im asking for your opinion on which Vpn service should I take based on the following criteria.

- Im willing to pay at most 15$/Month
- I am not looking for spaming or anything like that, I use the internet to navigate and download mostly.
- I need at least 100GB of download limit per month.
- Anonymity requiered
- Must not be slow like bad proxies or Tor network
- And above all, it have to be Reliable, I really dont have time to waste.
- I live in the Quebec province in Canada

Also I have another question, do I have to contact my ISP about the use of a vpn? And if not can they know? (just asking since Im not sure how its work)

Have you tried HMA vpn pro ?

The best VPN i know is nVPN, which you can find on nVPN.net or on HF. I have used it by myself and it is really fast.

Thanks I will try nVPN, its also cheap, only 6$/Mth.

I am using airvpn, go google its review. It's the best imo. I have used a lot of VPN provider. I am paying 5 euros a month. The owner is always available on its forum and emails.
