Need advise on starting Celebrity channel

Hi guys
I'm planning to do YT channel on celebrities. So I have a few things to clarify

- Is it Ok to get photos of celebrities from other sources(websites, video screenshots, their social media account)?
- publish some of the pics after editing in my SM accounts?

No there may be copyright issue

get raw pictures that celebs took themselves from their ig page or screenshot one of their instagram live video or story.

I think it will be allright, if you do voiceover with that content and show each element for just few seconds in video. You can see that how many celebrity lifestyle networth channels are out there.
