Need advise on SEO Progress

I've browsed this site for a long time and need some unbiased opinions. Below is the organic traffic that my site received since starting SEO (6 months). Is this acceptable growth or should I be seeing more? The site is 10 years old, so it's not a new domain. The big jump in traffic that you see if from CPC that I setup and Facebook paid ads. Your opinions would be greatly appreciated!

You an do better than that. Have more content and target long-tail keywords.

Depends what you have been doing in terms of SEO so difficult to say. Let us know a few more facts about your site, onpage stuff and what you have done in terms of SEO and we will be in a better place to judge. Please don't come back and say you are just writing articles, posting blog comments and submitting to directories!
