Need advise, just bought PR4 Domain

Ok, so I just bought a really good PR4 domain with few hundred backlinks. Registered in 06.

Its in the iphone ringtone niche.

Up until i bought the domain name it had a sales page site to some ringtone software. Actually the domain and site was owned by the software owner, lol i guess he forgot to renew.

So my original plan was to throw in a wp theme add content (value) and resell with no income claims.

I also thought, well, maybe I can resell domain back to previous owner, LOL..

So what are you guys thoughts..?

I know how to install wp and plugins etc.. but im really looking for a theme that looks professional and sharp! Maybe like what previous owner had, sale pages, but im not good at copy.

Any way to clone also the original sales page? Its an actual wp site as well.

You could go to archive.org and see the site using the" wayback machine" and copy pages from there though it might take some time to do.
