Need Advise - Churn and Burn Site SEO

Hello,
I am Quite new to this SEO thing and just have excellent Writing expertise .
Can anyone help me to learn ; how to rank churn and burn sites, what exactly to be done, BHW / WH methods, how to find the Niche etc.

I have tried to get insights but was not so successful.

I can never understand what people are even looking for or expect with these kinds of silly questions.
"Hey, can you tell me, in 50 words or less, how I can make 1 million per year without working, reading, or learning anything for myself please?"

If it worked like that then there would be people like "Hey, can you tell me, in 5 words or less, how can I make 1 billion per day without working, reading or learning anything for myself, please?"

I have found these kind of questions... answers, end up in shitty WSO's.
 
Just try mass spam with SEO softwares. You can read much but you need to do that practice, test many strategies. No one can say 100% method for you...

This is how I churn and burn for medium comp. Did not bother answering in the first place as I have wrote it on here many times.

1.) Steady flow of web2, about 2000 a month
2.) High pr blog comments twice a week
3.) Niche blog comments twice a week
4.) Url shortening technique. Someone is now selling this on Fiverr, saves a lot of time.
5.) Sape if needed after the first month.

No one is going to tell your directly about it. You have to research it on your own and there are some useful threads that can be very helpful for you.

I have other bits which I throw in dependent on the comp of the keyword, but this pretty much ranks a website. I also use a silo structure within the website.

Could you plz tell me what consist the url shortening techniques on?

You are fairly new to SEO yet you want to tap on BH technique already. If someone tell you how, you follow guidelines but whats next, you're lost, because you don't really know how to fish.

Start with WH first and use the search box (y)
 
I am not new at SEO at all. Just it's the first message here in bhw. I know how to follow the above steps with GSA and SAPE (in case needed) but not understand how the step 4 is related with this. I did many searches here in the forum and google about the url shortening technique before posting this mesage...don't know what is the real meaning of the technique (I obviously know what is a url shortener).
