Hi everybody,

I own the website (tubeplus , at)since 4 month, i choose this domain because of the streaming website (tubeplus , me)

Now i am thinking of changing my domain name because i get no traffic from google. Even if you write (tubeplus , at) im in the 10 first page of google.

When Ive start me website i was able to get 300 to 400 visit per day from google, but since I've get hack i am not able to have traffic from google.

I get around 1000 visit/day from social like reddit,Facebook,twitter.

Ive also hired a guy 3 month on freelancer to do out seo.

So now i need to know if its better for me to change my domain name for exemple watch-movies-online , co (also does the , etc can affect the ranking on google?)

You've probably been hit by the last penguin update. Your domain presents a strongly unnatural link profile with more than 85% exact match anchor links from low quality sites, acquired in the last 3 months.

Even if you can manage to remove those links and build a more qualified link profile your domain will keep the penalty until the next penguin refresh. Remember that the last penguin update took more than a year to happen, so may be it just doesn't worth to keep your current domain.

I would recommend you to try again with a new fresh domain and moderate your linkbuilding tactics or use a tier strategy.

I should have never hired indian seo -___-

That's the best piece of advice you could get... seo, or anything, you need to be really careful when working with them. I almost got burned on a project myself (some wordpress coding project).
The - doesn't affect seo... and also related to your issue, look at how your competitors are getting their links... that should lead you in a good direction.

Ive purchase a new domain name, but if i do an 301 redirect from (tube plus , at) to my new domain, do you think it will affect my new domain?

thanks

Yes, your new domain will be affected as well if you make a redirect. By doing so you will be also redirecting every negative link that caused the penalty and they will be pointing at your new domain. Since your penalized domain is not receiving traffic and there are no good links to recover from it, I would definetely not recommend a redirect here.

You can recover the content but you should forget about the old URLs.

Sites like that need proper care for seo, not everyone that claims to be able to rank would actually deliver.
