need advice....

what do you guys suggest i do... i recently created over 150 pages for my website (right now there sitting on my hard drive.

Do you recommend i put them up slowly or do you recommend i just slap all of them up and create some backlinks to them?

These pages are from 25 articles but i spun them over and over in deep spin (sentence and synonyms and changed the main keyword i am targeting on each page.

I would suggest you to post those unique pages on slowly basis.. like 4-5 pages in a day. In that way you'll finish them up in 30 days and in the meantime you could do some backlinks building. After 2-3 weeks of posting those unique 4-5 pages in your website, google will start crawling your website on its daily routine which is very good for every website. After doing so you can start getting backlinks from other blog owners who'll start recommending your blogs to others.

I would put your main links into all of the pages and upload them to free hosting all over the place that way when they get indexed your site(s) will get the link juice, when you have uploaded them to free hosting just ping them to make site google and other search engines know they are there.

The best way is doing all in daily basis. Posting 5 pages in a day and creating back links daily. This way will make your website rank well.

so i shouldnt just load up the 200 pages to my website and start building links gradually to them?
