Method 1: If you can create playlists and get quite a bit of followers on them you can probably sell spots in those playlists to musicians you find on Soundcloud and Twitter.
They're always looking for promotion!
Method 2: Make a website where you put your spotify widget with playlists on it. Kind of like a radio site running off of a bunch of spotify playlists, maybe several for different genres.
Bring traffic to this site and put popup ads or banners.

These two methods from @Dbo11tlo are your best shot. Focus on musicians who are in there early upcomming days not looking to make money but locking for people to put them on the map. When you find these people and have a propper playlist with some following you can use the money they pay you to even try and make it bigger.

A sales thread costs $30, so I don’t think they would do that, but you can rent the signature of a JrVIP and promote your service in it, contact me if you’re interested as my signature is for rent
I need to make money from it though, because if I don't then I'm in loss

if you thing your ROI will be higher than the cost of being a jr VIP you could even consider becomming one yourself. You could also benefit from it in the future.

Honestly I don’t this forum is the best to sell that kind of accounts, as this is an IM forum. You can search for other forums where members may be interested in these accounts and promote them there

I know and he also would need more then a 100 posts, so i'm just pointing out the opportunity for him to become one later down the road.
Do some research on it, if you are able to offer people spotify premium for a lower price then Spotify themself is selling them there will be demand for it, as long as you do it right and look around the web on forums you will find what you're looking for
Spotify sells it for $10 a months and I'm selling my accounts customizable to users liking for $10 for two months
