Need advice with paypal

my 12 years old PayPal account was suddenly banned few month ago and I had no luck with appeal request unfortunately.

I'm doing freelance so I need PayPal.
family member gave me all his necessary info to create new PayPal account under his name and use it.

while creating the account i used anti detect browser to mask my system. and phone Hotspot to generate different IP.

I'm no sure if using phone Hotspot was right decision because I'm not much experiences on this subject so I'll highly appreciate you opinion and recommendations.

maybe I should have buy residential proxy for this account if so I'll also appreciate recommendation of trusted seller from whom to buy residential proxy for PayPal at affordable price

Yes phone hotspot will you a new ip and is a good way to get a new ip. But ip is not the only thing.

As you are creating a fresh one, I would suggest you to format your PC first and then create it. It is a much better option in my opinion.

Antidetect browser is not necessary for PayPal, you can simply use portable Firefox. Residential proxy works the best for PayPal. You can find trusted sellers in Marketplace section.
