Need advice with adwords cloaking in DE

Hello everyone,

I've been doing cloaking for a while now in different geos. Right now I am trying to launch some campaigns in Germany and have been having some difficulties. Accounts get banned after approval. I managed to get one acc approved and launched, but it worked for a little longer than a day.

If anyone has some experience in launching GA with cloaking in Germany, any advice would be much appreciated!
