Hello all,
I don't have much time to type as I'm putting my daughter down to bed in a few minutes, but I'm curious.
I have the opportunity to buy a "ready-to-monetize" channel for pretty cheap (within a budget that I'm fortunate to have). Here are the stats:
2,477+ Subscribers,
23,123+ Watch time (hours)
403,246+ views
No copyright or community strikes
More than enough views/subs for monetization AND is eligible.
Never used a bot to grow it/its organic.
Has videos already.
What are some things I should ask, and what should I look out for? And what are the risks? I guess I'm mostly hung up on if I buy it, then apply for monetization, is there a risk of losing it, and/or is it possible for me to get effed over.
I see a lot of threads on this YT forum talking about growing their channels via smm/organic, etc. But I'd like to hear your thoughts on why you folks would not go this route?
My thought process is to buy the channel, activate monetization, then configure adsense, then work on creating my own videos of my own niche.
Thanks!
