Need Advice - Tourism Payment Method

Hey all,

Helping a family friend launch their small business. They are opening a tourism business in local market to take folks to go see the Rocky Mountains and other fun stuff.

They are trying to set up a dozen products in either square or stripe and I am trying to help them. We even tried it under one product. These two tools are not useful for the use case and cannot be used.

Has anyone done something similar where they have a dozen products maintained by a single inventory (dates). So when someone books one date, that date is disabled for other products. Looking for feedback. We have the website - when doing book now, we want to go to payment screen where date inventory is shared.

We are really struggling to see how to configure in the integrated variations. Appreciate any tips or even references to resources we can look at to educate ourselves better.

One solution or rather alternative would be to register as a supplier with Viator (a TripAdvisor-owned company) that manages tours and excursions.

A MID is a merchant identification number, it’s the corresponding number to a merchant account, which is an account which allows you to take payments from customers directly. Square and Stripe have big fees and restrictions on the type of business you’re conducting, while merchant accounts don’t.
These accounts also won’t get shut down randomly.

Where people book?
For me i sync booking and airbnb together so if someone book in a platform, days get blocked automatically on the othe one
