Need advice to move from a domain to another one

I have a web site non-related with the content of the page & keywords ( second page in google for multiple keywords ) and I wanna buy a domain related to the keywords that i use. My question is how can i move on the new domain with not affect my backlinks and google adsense? can someone tell me a method ?

You will want to take a look at all the urls that have links to them and then do a 301 to the new urls on the new domain. Once you do a 301 Google will ignore the old url and go to the new one. There does appear to be a little loss but not a lot. The big thing is to make sure that you forward all the urls to the new site.
