Hello! Your budget is very good for this price you can buy a dedicated server :) for your needs you can buy VPS in about 4 USD. Good Luck!

$35 is not going to cut it for a decent VPS provider in my experience. More like $50-$60.

VPS is way better than shared hosting?
Yes, in the sense that you have less users per box. BUT, if one VPS user is abusing the node and the provider is doing nothing about it, it's more like shared hosting, if not worst.

yes I understand this but it also depends on the budget.
If having a better budget I wanted to have a dedicated server instead.

I missed this reply.

What dedicated server provide would you recommend?

I want to have a look.

Thanks

From this 3 websites I only heard about 1 hostcolor.com on other forums (I personally never used them)
So if you have only this 3 option then I think you should go with hostcolor

Offshore vps is best in terms of service and connectivity but the cost is little bit high.

yes I agree and I also saw this brand name on a few sites
maybe they are advertising on many platforms.

What is Offshore vps?

I never heard about kind of this VPS before

Why it depends on these?
Can you elaborate them?

Since both virtualizations can be overselled by the hosting provider (If someone tell you that KVM can't be overselled slap him in the face).

Actually depends on if you need to install windows OS over the VPS or not.

OpenVZ use less storage/ram for OS since sharing the same kernel with the dedicated server , where KVM virtualization is like semi-dedicated server which run on its own kernel/os, which means that if your KVM plan include 60GB storage around 5-10GB will be reserved for the system, same goes for the RAM.

By the way, why takes so long to find provider for your needs?

I got your points

By the way, why takes so long to find provider for your needs?

Working for an organization and they have more clients, I am not only need one and need more over months or years with new servers.

Try digitalocean they are a cloud vps if u have a any questions hit me up. Iv been using them for a vew months now. You can build ur vps on the fly and oly get charged for what u use. I have about 5 vps ru ning different OS to suit my needs.

PhoenixNAP, hands down, one of the best hosting companies ever!

You should checkout https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/50-first-3-months-on-shared-hosting-25-off-windows-vps-hosting-hastehosting.850699/page-6

Got all my sites on their servers in the USA even though I'm in Europa, very happy with em, fast and reasonably cheap.

I guess my opinion differs on them. I got a (completely fake, made-up) DMCA complaint and instead of investigating it, they closed my hosting right down.

Sucks that they would take the word of a stranger (with no evidence) than their own clients.

Then again, who would make up a fake DMCA complaint, pretty stupid.

OP, are you doing a legit business or blackhat stuff?
do you know linux and SSH command?
