because apple literally have an embargo on who can run their ads and where. i've worked for a big telco company in the uk during iphone launches and know perfectly well what people say when they tell you you can't run branded ads. even if you get to run them sooner or later you will get flagged by apple or by any of the operators who are abiding by the embargo on what text can be put in the ads, what prices the products can be sold for in the ads, for what kind of searches you can show etc. obviously if you're lucky you can have your account running for a decent period of time, but it won't be forever
