I have a new forum, and I'm looking for the best way to monetize. I want to keep the user experience to be smooth, and not super annoying with ads.

I get around 4,500 sessions a day and anywhere from 55k-70k views a day based on google analytics.

I tried juicyads, adsterra, crkrevenue, and now I'm using exoclick which I do like.

I'm really asking what the best ads to run would be on my site, and if you recommend a better ad network.

My website is lemmeseehim.com. It is a 18yr+ website, geared towards gay men.

With 70k views daily, you’ve got decent traffic to monetize. If https://www.exoclick.com/ is working for you, stick with it coz they’re solid for years. But you can also try https://www.eroadvertising.com/ or https://trafficstars.com/; both perform well in adult and LGBTQ spaces. For a smoother ux, avoid popunders and stick to banners, native ads, or video ads. You could also look into affiliate marketing with offers from https://ad4game.com/ or https://www.crakrevenue.com/ targeting gay men (dating, health, etc.).
If you want non-ad options, consider premium memberships or selling ad space directly to LGBTQ brands. Test different combos and track your CPMs to see what works best without annoying your users too much. Good luck!
 
Personally not a fan of Exoclick and wouldn't recommend them.

On a site with 70% T1/T2 country traffic, the earnings on medium traffic site were terrible.

Try AdThrive or Monumetric for better earnings, and maybe add some affiliate marketing for extra $$.

It’s a new personal lubricant brand with themed products designed to align with common gay male fantasies (stuff like roleplay, kink, etc.). It’s been converting surprisingly well through affiliate links and soft integration (banners, content placements, meme-style promos).

They’re starting to selectively recruit affiliates who already have a gay following or traffic, it might be a good fit for your user base without ruining the UX.

If you want smooth ads that don’t annoy your visitors, try native or popunder networks like TrafficJunky or EroAdvertising — they work well on 18+ sites and can boost your earnings with that traffic.
 
If you want to minimize disruption for users, you might consider experimenting with native or pop-under formats. Networks like TrafficJunky or EroAdvertising are commonly used in the adult niche. Performance can vary by site, so it’s worth testing different placements to see what works best for your audience.
 
With the amount of traffic you’re getting, native ads or push notifications might be a good fit since they’re usually less intrusive than pop-unders. To add to the previous suggestions - don't forget that you can directly sell exclusive ad space. I have no idea what it could be for such niche, but it wouldn't harm to put your email for business queries. I might be old, but on my forum I've directly sell banner place to local businesses, it's a predictable income (buyers pay for a week/month upwards) and waaaaaay better for the end user (you control quality of ads yourself). Also adblockers won't work on these.

I understand that it's often harder than using affiliate networks, but you still liquidate a middle man and therefore already getting more profits. So just keep that option in mind.
 
Hi everyone, I’m getting a bit frustrated with the guest post sites I keep finding — especially from India. Some are good, but most of what I come across feels repetitive, offered by multiple third parties or agencies, and often the exact same sites appear over and over again.


I prefer working with a more diverse set of websites, including old domains aged 10yrs and above and reputable sites outside of the usual lists. If anyone here can help me target other countries for guest posting opportunities, I’d really appreciate it.

ExoClick works well with 70k daily views, but you can also try EroAdvertising or TrafficStars; CrakRevenue or Ad4Game are good options for LGBTQ niches, and lighter formats like banners and native advertisements maintain a clean user experience while making money.

For an 18+ forum, you’re already on a top network, ExoClick is one of the best for adult traffic.Stick to native ads + in-content banners, add push notifications, and avoid popups for UX.
You can also test TrafficJunky or JuicyAds native as secondary networks.

most replies are just naming networks - that’s the easy part. at your volume the real lift comes from stacking monetization: keep exo/native for baseline CPM + add 1-2 direct deals you control, even flat monthly banners beat network volatility. also start capturing first-party data now, email or member upgrades, paid threads, premium access - forums with loyalty monetize way cleaner than pure ad arbitrage. ads are fine, but owned audience is where UX + money actually align. IMHO
