6. jacob (swetech) will be along soon to stand up for the venomseo guys... not because he believes in the tool... just that he makes commissions with it and so wants to ride the venomseo/venomseo pro train for all that he can. the guy even abuses people who complain in the skype chat... or he is busy selling members more related stuff like proxies and vpn. lmao at this dude!
7. you know what i will eat my mad hatter hat or anybody else's hat if venomseo pro is updated today. in fact gg has stated on this very thread yesterday that it will be updated today. but let me tell you a secret... yes you guessed it there is not going to be an udpate. but there will be another post again from gg promising an udpate today. gg in my book (as it should be with anyone else if you say something and it is not done... well that makes you a liar). you are just making poor suckers and noobs sign up and pay for the tool which does not work and maybe ready in a year... that's just cheating people on this forum.

but op bet your sorry a-s-s you will lose money, hair and time if you even look at venomseo pro's way. run like crazy towards senuke and you will make money. come back to venomseo pro in 8 months to a year... it might actually work then. that is if you or others read this thread... but then again this post might be deleted and myself banned as gg is from bhw and i'm a noob.

ps - does this mean i am some pissed off dumb guy who does not know anything? no, on the contrary i am paid member of venomseo pro who got sold on the tool on this very forum.... and even am paying $79 per month. so i know exactly what i am talking here.

Judging from your post count and your join date, it looks like you decided to join just to complain here.

The software does have a few bugs here and there, but so does SENuke. Every software does. You also have to take into consideration that automation software takes a lot of time to develop and keep update due to all the changes the sites make to combat automation software.

And yes, you are just a pissed off guy. All automation software comes with bugs and needs fixing as time goes on. Those that truly know about automation tools know this and accept it.

If you don't have the patience to work with your tools, you can always go code one for yourself.
 
I've used Venom SEO a few times, and it's very advanced. If your not technically inclined, best to use SenukeX>

Well i bought lifetime license a few months back when it was first offered for around 249usd. Now i am not able to get my license authenticated. Already emailed GG about this issue and yet instead of helping me and some fellow lifetime license members, they choose to send out newsletter to offer more lifetime license at 799. so what do you think? should you buy or not?

never got a email from you regarding any issues concerning your licenses and i know most of the people in BHW with a license, im not a hard guy to find, 1 or 2 emails may slip threw the cracks but it's rare, shoot me a email at juggernautsoft (a) gmail.com and ill take care of your issues.

for future reference just so everyone knows, each build for venomseopro and venomseo is put into Beta testing so once our testers run the build if we find something that might delay the release then so be it, hence i give a estimated time frame...better then 1.5 years wouldn't you agree :rolleyes:

and it's evident that senukex is noob friendly, it has cartoons and everything i mean look at the members who cosign it in the last few post, notice the trend? fact of the matter is venomseo is not for everyone, and it will never be for everyone as kirkonpolttaja mention the reason it's not for everyone is because it's advanced not everyone is willing to put in the work which ultimately dictates who will win and fail.

Absolutely agreed.
I tried both of the tools and both has its own pros and cons.Both have some bugs but I would like to mention that my team faced a bit of problem with the squiddo post but other posts were perfect with Venom Seo pro and hence I don't have any complain.
After all these are SEO tools so we cant expect them to have a brain like us but yes I believe that both the developing team have done their best and I am sure in the near future these mirror bugs will be sorted by them only.

Hats off to both the developers..

So a customer who is one of the earliest supporter of your application, found out he can no longer access the program he bought, unable to get support from the vendor,
cannot voice out his displeasure openly?

Please explain your comments on me being a noob

The problem is your using 2 different emails for your key on our server & paypal transaction in amember, i checked your account based on the email u sent me its not there, after checking the transactionID it's a totally different email, that's your problem. I'm going to change your account over to your paypal email. my statement about u being a noob was based on the fact u assumed i scammed you which is noobie approach considering I'm here everyday. I don't scam people not my style never will be, I'm not a hard guy to find.

Exactly my point.

There is such a HUGE misunderstanding within the industry regarding automation tools. So many people seem to think that because they have the latest automation tool, everything will go perfectly.

Tools are tools. It is the user that makes it work.

SENuke is very noob friendly, and so is VSEO Pro. Yes, VSEO is a little more technical than SENuke, but that is where the power lies.

The only way you can ever become good at using any automation tools is to first understand the process that the tool automates(if you suck at getting results from doing things manually, an automation tool will be harder for you), and then learn how to use the tool properly to replicate your manual process.

Well i showed you a screenshot of a gmail i sent to the very address juggernautsoft (a) gmail 3 days ago and receive no reply. So you did receive an email. In that email i said i am a lifetime subscriber. So you may have doubt my words but you should at least send a reply to ask me for paypal transaction ID for verification. No. you choose to ignore my email. So you did not take care of my issue then.

Do you expect every of your customer to only have one email and that is their paypal email? I have many customers myself and most have paypal email and also use another email to communicate with me. Again if customers use different email to communicate with me, i always ask for verification. This you did not do. When your customer buy something from you and a product that is more than 200usd, then their issue is your problem. How can you use a lame excuse of not providing support when customers use a totally different email? did you specify that when in your offer letter?

Also when you come in to post that you did not receive an email from me, in that same post you immediately label me as n o o b without waiting for a response from me? I did not recieve any pm from you. You could have pm me for paypal verification at this point. I believe most service providers will do that to resolve the situation. But you choose to be offensive. Is it because i only have 5 posts in BHW? When i buy your software, i only have one post in BHW. I have faith in your software enough to buy it even when i do not know you well. For the record i have both lifetime license of senuke x as well as venomseo pro. Yet i still want to use venomseo pro on my new dedicated server because venomseo pro can do some things better than senuke x. But my trust seems to be misplace.

According to your words, you are here everyday? I post my issue openly here in this thread on the 21st of sept. thedocmillionaire posted on the same day he has the same issue. You must now be aware of our issues then. I just login to my member area, i still cannot find my download link and license for venomseo pro. If you can come in everyday to reply post and label people noob for being unhappy about your software or tool? why not act fast to stop that unhappiness ? As it is now i am still waiting for my issue to be resolve.

You are quick to label people who has a different opinion for your software or service. But your behavior is quickly making you qualify for that same label in terms of customer service.

I used Senuke X for two months and it did what I wanted. Then I saw some good reviews about VenomeSeo and I thought "why shoud I pay almost 70 dollars more on the same kind of product?", so as soon as Senuke membership expired, I got Venomeseo. Now I'm going back to Senuke X. why ? because it works better for me

Senuke has better account creation. Venomeseo automated captcha solver is slow. Deathbycaptcha has some problems and it destroys my balance. One account creation project took about $5 (700 websites) and on web2.0 sites it does not work (wrong security question - others had same problem too.)

Also there's lots of manual work here and it is not good for me. I would say nothing about it but when I know that senuke setup can be done faster, I prefer faster way.

Other things are not bad. I know it is new product and I wish good luck to them.

Also .. Don't forget that price difference is 67 dollars a month. and we need to expect Senuke to do better job in some tasks.

So .. it's hard to say which one is better. It all depends on you.
 
Note, the following has nothing to do with the sw as I haven't tried it.

I think people need to understand, that as a rule of thumb, blackhats make buggy software, once you understand this you are happier with the products.

Programming is difficult, and nothing comes bug free. If huge enterprise software companies with millions behind them, with professional sw designers, professional coders, a professional testing department and years of experience behind release buggy code, what hope does the independent blackhat software dev guy / girl / team have.

The choice is wait indefiniately for a piece of software to released that has no bugs (this does not happen). Or have something now, that has some bugs, but know that once identified the issues are resolved.

Also, if you want updates and new features on a regular basis, you must accept new bugs. Whenever the code is touched, new bugs will come. The other option is, once a release is stable, that is it, nothing new is added. But then we all moan "no new features for 1.5 years".
 
Qillen, your issue was resolved early today, log into your members area, get your license, remember your pass and user is case sensitive, if your still having issues PM me this is a means support for venomseo or pro.

GreenGoblin, I have nothing against you but if you are the owner of VenomSEO, I think the last thing you should be doing on this forum is calling BHW members 'noobs'. Remember, your future customers are reading.
 
I'm really thinking of getting venom, or ubot. I haven't decided yet. I would like to test both.

I didn't call him a noob based on his status, I called him a noob based on the way he handled the issue regarding his account, if u missed the post, he suggested i was "scamming" him, i can deal with a lot of things but don't put me and scamming in the same sentence. The suggestion is insane because his email wasn't answered in a timely manner. I can agree that when emails are not answered when u like them to be it can be annoying just the nature of the business I have to been on the other end of the email and that's cool, I understand the mentality but to go out on the lim and suggest someone is scamming you is offensive & unprofessional not to mention immature, his issue was resolved as soon as he notified me today, as I try do with all our customers, as I said some emails slip threw the cracks and it's rare. So to clear the air to any future customer or past customer that's not the approach i take with any business dealings I respect everyone I ask the same.

If you've been into IM'ing for as long as "I" think you have...I think it's time for you to grow a thicker skin!

You should know that it's only human nature for anyone to want to vent frustration over ANYTHING that has to do with SOMEONE ELSE'S MONEY..and that knowing you've done NOTHING ILLEGAL....should allow you to stop flying off the handle every time someone drops that apparently ill-advised 7 letter word S-C-A-M-M-E-R...

But..this is just MY observation...yours will vary in mileage! :D
