Need Advice: Routing Traffic Through a Proxy

I posted this in Cloaking earlier ("Cloaking / Modifying Visitor's IP Address?") but didn't get an answer.

My traffic is 50%+ from a single IP, I want to route those visitors through proxies to hide their IP (ad network reasons). I don't need to cloak referral source or do anything else, just need to change IP. Has anyone routed visitors through proxies before? Any tips on accomplishing this? My networking experience is low, and I'm coming up short using Google.

Someone suggested Cloudflare, but since they have a small, and publicly published, list of IPs, so that would not help, plus they still send original IP in the header.

I can have personal proxy servers set up, just want to make sure there's a feasible way to route traffic through them. Thanks.
