need advice please from a newbie thank you

i personally know someone who has her own team/staff

she started by herself and now got her own office with 8 people working for her

obviously they know what they are doing basing from the growth of her company in the last 5 years

they offer the following services but not limited to:

web design and development
seo
web design outsourcing (whatever this is)

now my question is, how can i make money using the services she offers?

ive got zero knowledge on how to make money online but i think that knowing her might be a good start for me to monetize and learn the trade along the way.

additional question:

1. can i outsource everything to her?
2. is affiliate marketing the best way to make money online?
3. which/where is the best way to start?

Since you don't have enough knowledge about what she is doing. But, you know her personally then it is easy for you to join in her team and learn everything as much as possible. Learn first and then get down into the action.

@fly84 your first step should be learning as @Great Gatsby suggested joining a team a good option.

But if you still want to earn money after you get basic understanding of you friends business you act as affiliate for them this will helpful for you both.

After when you feel comfortable with affiliating you can even move to white lable her services and from their you can scale as you gain experience.

You need to learn a lot. Many companies into SEO and WebDesign find their customers locally / offline - there is so much business out there that you don't believe it. However, I believe it will only be that way the next 2 years then it starts to be difficult..

If you know her it should be easy to arbitrage her services. You could get clients of your own for more than she charges and pay her company their rate to do the actual work. Depends on how well you know her that will determine how easy this will be if you don't know much.

That being said, I agree with what the others are saying about learning a lot and maybe trying to join her team.

Affiliate marketing is a great, low barrier way to get into IM. Competition is tough in a lot of niches but there will always be some under developed niches out there.

You can do what many do .

Find out her price structure , then advertise there services as you ,and make profit

Buy thu them close deals

there are IT owners who doesnt have a clue on how IT works right? just like people who own restaurants who are not even chefs

Yes, it is possible and many peoples doing it, you can hire your team in-house, outsourcing, or hire freelancers, you have to decide which is the best for your company.
