Need advice on what to do with a Twitter bot

Hey guys, I have a Twitter wait and reply bot coded (very advanced and has a lot of measures in place to stop accounts from being banned). I'm not 100% sure what to do with it, so I could do with some help. Here are my options:

1. Go into a JV with people in BHW
2. Sell a service offering wait and reply for a week (on Fiverr and possibly as a BST)
3. Sell the bot by itself
4. Try to make money with it myself
