Need advice on using Facebook with Brick and Mortar Business

So, I have a brick and mortar B2C business and a Facebook page for that business with 11,000+ organic likes. We do promotions and outreach with the page, and occasionally run ads on Facebook when promoting special offers. I could use some advice on how to take this up a few notches and either drive customers to our store with ads or monetize our facebook page in some manner. Anyone who has experience promoting a consumer focused brick and mortar with social media or who can point me to the right threads or methods would be much appreciated.
