Need Advice On Ranking On Google Maps

Hey guys I'm trying to help a local business rank for the key term "car insurance" on google maps. I've gotten reviews, added plenty of photos done everything that I possibly know to do but it's still not moving, it went from not ranking to page 2 but I continue to get reviews and such more than most my competition but it won't move. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to get it moving again?

Is the business properly categorized? You can put more than one category down, try to add as many as you can that relate to car insurance.

You can also use your listing description to target some seo keywords.
 
Go buy 1 seriously powerful link for few hundred bucks and do proper research to make sure it is good enough. If you brought it up to page 2 then send some assurance to google that you deserve #1

Yeah I got it properly categorized and added more to it but thanks for the advise
