Need Advice On Paypal :)

Hey B-Hatters,

Need some advice as i'm not familiar with Paypal.
I need to pay someone using USD but the problem is that in my Paypal i'm running out of USD and what left with me is only Euro and my Local currency.

I tried to sent with local currency but it seems unsuccessful and i got and error saying that is will only work if he is from the same country. Does anyone knows how i can convert my local currency to USD so that i can transfer the payment to him?

Hey,

Next to my saldo there is a currency exchange function.
I assume that also at your account. Use that link to exchange currency in your account.

How do I transfer funds between balances?
You can convert some or all of your PayPal balance from one currency to another currency. Here's how:

Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Profile at the top of the page.
Click Currency Balances under the Financial Information column.
Enter the amount you want to convert under the Currency Exchange column.
Choose the new currency.
Click Calculate to preview the conversion.
Click Review Exchange to see the conversion details.
Click Exchange Currency to confirm the transfer.

Note: Currency conversions are not available for PayPal accounts in Argentina, Brazil and Malaysia.

Thanks guys for the effort to share it in here.
But it seems that my country is in the list above.

Tried the method but couldn't make it work.
Any other ideas?
