Need Advice On Link Building Strategy

Hi Friends,

Since long I have been paranoid with all the updates from Google and now we have some speculations on Penguin 2.0! I need your advice on how should I start link building for my authority site and what results should I expect? To help you out, I want to mention few details below:

My blog is 10 months old now
It has 140 posts as of now which is around 135,000 words on it. All articles are written by me and 90% of them are 1000 + words
Each article is targeting one keyword and related LSI
As it is an authority site, for me competition is irrelevant but for you to help me out I have targeted keywords between 500 exact searches to 40,000 exact searches per month!
As of now when I write an article which gets 1000 to 2500 exact searches my blog posts show up straight away on page 2 and 3 without any link building.
Higher searches show up on page 5 and 7 somewhere.
No link building done as of now!
Currently I have around 10 keywords on page 1 for keywords between 500 and 1000 searches!
Currently I get around 50 uniques a day!
Making around $25 per day with CPA offers
How should I start link building and how soon I should expect results! I really don't want any google update to ruin my almost year long effort.

Go manual.. You took a long but safe walk, Just start building slowly and manual links. Buy some good quality high Pr blog post, Get some social signals. Interlink your articles, Do right onpage and see yourself more strong in serps. My 2 cents according to your scenario. ATB

find good pr blog comments, do it manual ... respond to the subject of the blog.

Your site is alrdy making good money, keep it clean and go whitehat, build some high pr blog comment, guest post, manual bookmark and social signal should improve your ranking.

Thanks Guys for your suggestions, I do think white hat is the way to go, I dont know may be, still confused. Will tools like GSA and UD produce results faster?

I would recommend looking for 3 or 4 other authority sites in a similar niche and exchange links. Comments are not a good idea for authority sites. Or have you ever seen wikipedia or cnn go out to small blogs and post spam? Possibly, Social Bookmarks on larger platforms with Alexa better than 10k will help.
