Hi everyone!

I've recently started to dip my toes in media buying + igaming affiliate, both of which I have never worked with before.

I have managed to gain some decent traffic as well as people signing up with my link, the problem is that none of the sign ups have made a first deposit.
Do you have any input on how I could increase this? Should I use a pre-lander?

My current setup is a native banner which links directly to the casino landing page, prompting the user to sign up which grants them a first deposit bonus.

Br,
Jake

This is a classic issue when starting in iGaming.

Direct linking cold native traffic to a casino almost never converts into FTDs. You’ll get registrations, but no deposit intent.

Yes — you need a pre-lander. Its job is to:

  • Pre-qualify users
  • Explain why they should deposit
  • Filter bonus hunters

Stop selling the bonus. Sell trust + ease:

  • Fast withdrawals
  • Known payment methods
  • Low minimum deposit

Native traffic needs warming up. If you don’t build intent before the casino page, FTD rate will be close to zero.

Focus on reg → FTD, not clicks → reg. Optimize for depositors, not signups.

Thanks a lot man! Will try this out :D

I too have started a similar journey and I am facing the same issue at the moment.

I am currently on a rev share deal and I a using push/native ads or my affiliate offer.

Currently just like yourself I am direct linking to the offer and I have been getting a few depositors to my account but my conversion rate sucks...

from 1.3. clicks i've only gotten 2 depositing players... need to work on a strategy to both have a lead capture to market down stream as well as warm up said traffic.

If anyone wants to chime in with any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

J
