Need Advice on Fiding Blogs That Allow/Accept Guest Post

I'll keep this post short and sweet...

I'm just looking for any software, whether free or paid, that will allow you to search for blogs in a given niche that either allow or are open to guest posts submissions.

Just off the top of my head, Scrapebox could certainly do it if you had a footprint of something like "Guest post". Find out the verbiage on a few of those types of blogs, then put it in scrapebox.

you can either use scrapebox or simply google keywords such as "guest post by" +niche keyword Remember, Google is your friend.

Wasn't sure what the search parameters were, so thanks for that!

Just use scrapebox with the footprint and you will get some good results.

Are they not any guest post exchange platforms? like only PR1 and up are allowed,
I read something similar on this forum but I have lost it now

Edit:
I have found one, http://www.guestpostexchange.com has anyone tried it? or have
experience with this site?
I will try it and update later on
