Need advice on Facebook Ads

I need create facebook Ad to get more fans. But there are some competitor pages. And I can get member IDs and emails from those pages. I've some scrapers for this. And is there anyway to target only those peoples or facebook pages?

Are you asking how you target your competitor's followers? I'm not sure there is a specific setting to be able to do this but I could be wrong. Note that if you choose the interests that involve your competitors (and whatever it is you are selling), you will by default be targeting those people anyway.

You can do this by using the "custom audience" feature on facebook ads manager.

Yes, it is pretty simple really. If you use power editor in Google Chrome, then there is an option to create custom audiences. Simply import the emails or ID's and then you can target your ads towards them. This is a great technique which I use quite often!

I agree with the custom audiences feature. You can definitely achieve that through this setting. In addition, once you upload a custom audience in your FB power editor, you have the option to target lookalike audiences.
