Need advice on buying a hosting plan.

Hello BHW members. I am about to start my first website and I am yet to buy a hosting account. Now my website will be a short one with 9-10 pages only. For the time being I ain't going to add any more websites. So my question is that will storage capacity of 1GB and bandwidth of 10GB suffice. Now again I have purchased a domain and trying to find a cheap and reliable host.
Another question does it matter where the hosting company operates from say UK/Canada etc. My traffic will mainly be from the US.

I personally use Hostwinds it's pretty cool. The bandwidth and all that stuff you talked about is good enough into these are getting a lot of traffic. Not knowing all the particulars you site can tell you a whole lot, but I would get paid hosting you shouldn't pay more than $2.50 for one site. So good luck hope you do well.

Hey dizz thanks for the honest answers. This is what I love about BHW, barely 20 minutes into my question and I get replies. hey I found this host named bitesites.com . It has been from around 2003. They have a killer promotion at the moment. Pay for a month and get 1 year's worth. I think I will give them a try.

I would go for a cheap vps if you are running out of budget , I always hate shared hosting you just don't get the full control of it ...
