Hi everyone, I'm finally at that stage where I'm comfortable hiring/teaching somebody else to do my linkbuilding. I have enough work to probably keep two employees fully occupied 40 hrs/week. The work is pretty simple, so I wouldnt require any prior experience, only the ability to learn quickly. And, I'm willing to invest time (3-4 hours should be enough?) in training motivated people. Right now my plan is to put up job postings on elance for people looking for administrative work. But, I've heard the Philippines is a good place to look. How do I get in touch with people in PH who are looking for work? Also, how much is a fair wage? (is $7-$8/hr?) I know I've read a few threads where members talk about their own experiences in outsourcing work. If any of you have had good OR bad experiences, it would be really helpful to hear about them, and lessons learned. Any advice is really appreciated. Thanks!
