Hi everyone,
I recently started my own digital marketing agency and I'm struggling to build an efficient, semi-automated client acquisition system.
I specialize in medical digital marketing, and my clients are mostly private doctors and clinics. So far, all my collaborations have come through personal connections. I haven’t really used paid advertising to promote my own services yet.
I’m based in Greece, which is a relatively small market, so I’m looking for realistic and practical strategies that can work in this kind of environment. Right now, my main service is website development, as it brings in most of my revenue.
I’ve been considering running Facebook ads that lead to a landing page with a compelling offer, but I’m not sure if that’s the best approach or how to structure it effectively.
Does anyone have suggestions or experience with a similar niche and market?
Thanks in advance!
